Senior Data Scientist

Full-time

• Outline stages of a data product life cycle and propose an implementation plan;
• Research best practices and new methodologies in ML/AI;
• Design ML/AI experiment to evaluate impact and answer business questions;
• Develop and apply NLP for content-based recommendations and ad relevance;
• Package solution as a scalable automated computing pipeline;
• Work with big data technologies to process and analyze large-scale datasets;
• Feedback loop to measure & improve accuracy and outcomes over time;
• Translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative;
• Aware of design patterns encompassing efficient presentations and dashboards.

• 2-4 years of experience in building production models as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer;
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning;
• Strong experience in programming using Python, Scala, SQL, and Spark;
• Knowledge and experience in Big data, and data mining;
• Hands-on experience with boosting models;
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate to cross-functional stakeholders of varying technical understanding;
• Creative thinking, opening mindset, young, active and good at team/individual work.

• Experience with recommendation systems, ad targeting models, and real-time bidding;
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and LLMs;
• Kaggle competition achievements;
