We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves
planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
● Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or related role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for branding and promotion
- Proficient in MS Office; graphic design skills are a plus
● Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to boost organic visibility in property-related searches.
- Design and execute high-conversion landing pages, email automation campaigns, and lead
funnels.
- Allocate marketing funds effectively.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and test new digital channels and tools to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
- Manage and optimise CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of digital marketing
opportunities.
