Responsible for developing, managing, and operating multi-channel e-commerce business (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…), ensuring revenue, profit, and performance targets are met through strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms, including order processing, product listing, promotion setup, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Ads, Design, KOL/KOC, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and logistics to maintain high customer satisfaction.
2. Marketing & Growth
- Support the execution of marketing plans: Paid Ads, Affiliate, Social Media, and KOL/KOC collaborations.
- Track and optimize campaign performance (GMV, CTR, Conversion rate…).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
3. Client Development – Local VN Market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese local clients and brands.
- Identify, onboard, and grow new client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Propose tailored e-commerce solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly, monthly) on sales, ROI, and campaign outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or account management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes and tools (analytics dashboards, BI tools…).
- Experience in client relationship management, preferably with local VN brands.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
