British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and other UK universities. POSITION PURPOSE
The position Senior Educational Development Partnership Officer is responsible for
- Working closely with high school principals, counselors, and teachers to promote BUV’s educational programs and services, as well as coordinating events and activities to engage high school students and their families.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Schools but also agent/recommender to find and follow up with qualified leads to support for application conversions.
- The markets/region of this position will be decided by line manager, mostly in Hanoi and northern provinces and may be rearranged following the organization growth strategy.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. School & Partners account developments and management
- Develop and manage current channels and networks allocated by EPD Manager and actively develop and manage personal accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (high schools, universities and colleges, domestic partner) who contribute to the success of student recruitment and marketing activities.
- Organize frequent training sessions with key stakeholders to provide updates about BUV and strengthen relationships.
- Develop relationships with teachers and board of management of high school and through that, organize events, interact with students for potential applications.
- Develop own recruitment sources from personal network and channels to increase number of potential leads and enrolments.
- Manage all recruitment sources and channels with appropriate and effective account management methods, number of potential leads and enrolments.
- Build & maintain Network of recommenders in cities, provinces in charge of to ensure a good source of quality leads for student recruitment.
2. School & Partners account care management
- Manage and provide periodical evaluation of partnership results
- Create innovative customer care approaches to optimize the delivery of partnerships results
- Oversee any events, initiative and projects to maintain the relationship with partners
- Enhance BUV brand awareness and presence in Partner school to support
3. Database management
- Liaise closely with data management staff and internal audit to ensure the sales database is updated comprehensively, easy to approach, trackable and analyzable.
- Develop plan to acquire lead/data as assigned
- Develop and implement strategies, plans and tactics according to all personal sales
4. Student Recruitment & Marketing support
- Actively promote recruitment to pre-university English, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and IELTS preparation programmes.
- Provide high quality and consistent performance to achieve personal and the team’s student recruitment target by getting new applicants to BUV’s available programmes for later conversion.
- Provide high conversion rate in sales process to maximize numbers of quality leads, enquiries which lead to applications and enrolments and minimize numbers of inactive (lost) leads.
- Take part and take charge in the organisation’s internal and public events including sales events, Open Days, school events, workshops, consultation booths, fairs & exhibitions etc.

- Consolidate and report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis or as requested by Line

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities) Essential
- Vietnamese national
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline & preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business.
- Demonstrated professional level communication skills, written, and spoken (English and Vietnamese), good public speaking is preferable.
- Understand about International program of high schools: Cambridge/A level, International Baccalaureate (IB) & others.
- Well-developed and demonstrable strong interpersonal skills, including flexible negotiation, liaison, and cross-cultural communication specifically related to excellent customer service and sales functions.
- Demonstrated good presentation skills in front of large number of audiences.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient across all social media platforms.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

- Understanding UK education systerm
- 3 years working experience in a similar position, a candidate with a background in the Education sector or Business Development is preferred. Working Experience with international high school is also an advantage
