We are looking for a Senior Growth Specialist to join our team and lead growth initiatives that directly drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strategic and result-oriented mindset — someone who can turn ideas into action and measurable results, move fast to test, learn, and scale what works.
Job Description:
1. Growth Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly growth plans to drive user acquisition, activation & engagement with clear success metrics.
- Translate the growth plan to feasible initiatives roadmap, leveraging various growth loops and channels.
- Develop Go-To-Market plan for Viec Lam Tot’s strategic product features with clear target and value proposition.
2. Experimentation & Execution
- Execute end-to-end campaigns and optimize performance to acquire and engage job seekers (via both online and offline channels).
- Actively explore and drive partnerships opportunities with appropriate partners and collaborate to leverage traffic from each other.
- Champion scaling the live-stream channel to acquire and engage job seekers.
- Translate the Go To Market plans to execution plan and implement.
- Across all the executions scope, closely track campaign performance; identify actionable insights and next actions to continuously improve the outcomes.
- Own the user communication strategy for key projects, setting up marketing automation flows to improve conversion, activation & engagement.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Experience in planning, executing and optimising successful marketing and growth campaigns.
- Critical, reasoning and logical thinking.
- Self-motivation & strong project & stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure
- Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
- Knowledge of the job board industry, data mindset and SQL/ BigQuery are advantages.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field, with good scholastic records.
