Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure our manufacturing processes deliver best-in-class quality. Based in the Hai Phong area, you’ll play a hands-on role, working closely with our manufacturing partners in Asia to oversee and improve the production of Neat products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee our factory Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to prevent and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor factory performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Analyze data to identify and prioritize product quality improvement opportunities.
• Work with suppliers and R&D teams to enhance product quality and address challenges.

Qualities and competence we are looking for:

• Based in Vietnam (Hai Phong area)
• Experience in working with product manufacturing quality
• This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to professionally represent the company in various contexts.
• Good technical knowledge
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical and analytics tools
• Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
• Engineering background, preferably from electronics or mechanical design
• Eager to learn
