Reporting to: Country Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Purpose:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Besides, He/ She will support in creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the studio to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.
Recruitment (full cycle)
· Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
· Source, attract, and assess candidates via ads, vendors, events, and networks.
· Conduct interviews, verify references, and coordinate manager interviews.
· Manage relocation support and onboarding logistics.
· Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies.
· Maintain recruitment data, reports, and partnerships with stakeholders.
· Drive talent attraction and employer branding initiatives.
· Continuously improve processes to meet hiring goals in quality and quantity.
Operations & Project Management
· Collaborate across departments to ensure project success.
· Define scope, objectives, and documentation for HR recruitment projects.
· Track project lifecycle, provide updates, and support decision-making with data.
· Build internal networks to align projects with business priorities.
· Prepare ad-hoc and baseline people data reports.
· Proven experience (3+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
· Fluency English and good command of Office tools.
· Strong ability to partner with hiring managers to define needs and advise on talent strategy.
· Solid track record in sourcing hard-to-find creative and technical talent (art, design, engineering, production).
· Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and employer branding best practices.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence them at all levels.
· Experience managing relocation and international hiring is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
· Passion for games and understanding of industry trends is highly desirable
