Service Engineer - SMT, Semiconductor & Electronics Equipment (Chinese Speaking Preferred)

Mô tả công việc:

• Guide customers, provide technical consultancy and assistance to customer regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems
• Prepare progress reports, service-related reports and timesheets per assignment.
• Work with sales and other departments to promote solutions to end customers.
• Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.
• Sales support and achieve annual service quota.
• Other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor and Service Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Diploma/Degree in engineering field. Electronics & Electric background will be preferable
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills. Team-work ability
• Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industry will be advantage Machines to be serviced: Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valve, SMT lines equipment such as: handling systems, printer, mounter, reflow oven, plasma machine, Xray machine,…
• Good attitude. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivated & result orientated
• Willing to travel domestic and international.
• Good Command in English oral & written.
• Japanese/Korea/Chinese speaking will be advantage
• Minimum 03 years of experience
