Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Leverage data and market insights to identify key growth levers and translate them into strategic initiatives to drive creator adoption / commercial for the project
- Monitor commercial performance and budget spending to drive growth efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regional Affiliate, Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, etc.) and external partners to ensure the business success of the project
- Track performance and report key insights to management
- Coach and mentor a high-potential team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant working experience or in a role that requires stakeholder management/ analytical, preferably in consulting/ investment banking or other tech companies
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business sense, strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and result-orientation
- Strong project management and time management
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (verbal and written)
- Understanding of the ecommerce and affiliate industry is a plus
