WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Social Media Management:
- Creation of Social Media Accounts: Set up and manage official social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Content Planning and Scheduling: Develop a content plan and schedule for regular posts across social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Posting and Scheduling Content: Publish status updates, videos, photos, and tweets in accordance with the content calendar and engagement strategy.
- Page Promotion: Promote social media pages to increase followers and engagement.
- Analytics Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report social media performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engagement: Respond to and moderate comments, messages, requests, and mentions across platforms, fostering engagement and building relationships with followers.
- YouTube Management: Post videos to YouTube, ensuring they are tagged appropriately, and manage YouTube playlists.
- Social Media Promotions: Plan and execute strategies for social media promotions and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Group Participation: Join, create, and participate in relevant online groups to expand reach and interact with targeted communities.
- Social Media Tools Management: Use tools like Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, etc., for social media management and scheduling.
- Link Tracking: Monitor and track clicks and links via link tracking tools such as Bit.ly.
- Promotional Materials: Ensure social media accounts are promoted across marketing materials, websites, blogs, email signatures, and other touchpoints.
Email Marketing:
- Email Marketing Software Management: Manage email marketing platforms (such as Hubspot, Zoho) to ensure smooth operation and campaign execution.
- List Management: Regularly update and maintain lists of subscribers and leads for targeted email campaigns.
- Email Content Creation: Compose and schedule promotional emails, newsletters, and special offers to engage and inform subscribers.
- Follow-Up Emails: Send follow-up emails to maintain customer engagement and increase conversions.
- Auto-Responders: Set up and schedule automated email responses, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and customers.
- Email Newsletters: Create and distribute regular email newsletters with valuable content and updates.
- Proofreading and Quality Control: Review email content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
- Email Monitoring: Monitor replies to email campaigns and address queries or requests in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on email marketing performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools (Hubspot, Zoho, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking with the ability to execute campaigns that drive engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
WHAT WE OFFER: Depending on your preference and in alignment with Vietnamese labor law, we will discuss and sign a proper contract with a suitable package tailored for you.
WORK LOCATION: Remote 100% from the Phillipines / Relocate to hybrid at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC.
WORKING HOURS: 2 options (VN Times)
- 3PM – 0AM (Mon – Fri), 3PM - 7PM (at office), 8PM - 0AM (at home)
- 6PM - 3AM (Mon - Fri), 6PM - 11PM (at office), 0AM - 3AM (at home)
