WHAT’S THE JOB?
As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist Spa Manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Know all available spa services, including techniques and its benefits.
- Perform spa treatment to guests as assignment.
- Double checking all spa bookings.
- Assist Spa Trainer in implementing new and effective training programs.
- Supervise spa therapist to maintain standard service of treatment according to SOP.
- Organize, monitor the room set up, spa equipment and spa products.
- Organize the month end inventory of spa products and responsible for the professional product storage.
- Provide the spa service consultation to the guest to ensure meet the guest’s demand.
- Assign booking for Spa Therapist to ensure the balance booking in the day and therapist’s health.
- Check over the grooming of Spa staff on duty.
- Receive and record guest comments/ feedback to communicate with Spa Trainer/ Spa Manager to refresh and develop treatment.
- Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to next shift for follow up.
- Perform other administrative documentation as required.
- To be well knowledge in all aspects of Spa facilities, policies and procedures.
- Monthly summary of treatments and guest information.
- Complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures.
- Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
