Youth Elite Sports Academy (YES Academy) is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in the development of sports academies across Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.) as well as organizing sports camps.
To support our growth and deliver high-quality sports programs, we are looking for passionate and qualified sports coaches in various disciplines.
Location:
Hanoi, Vietnam
Open Positions in:
Football / Scuba-Diving / Fencing
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead training sessions adapted to different levels and age groups
- Motivate and support athletes to help them reach their goals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a positive and inclusive training environment
- Contribute to the business development of the company
- Handle administrative tasks related to the daily management of the academies
Profile:
- Degree in sports science, physical education, or equivalent
- Coaching certification in the relevant discipline
- Proven experience as a sports coach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel and relocate to Asia
- Proficient in spoken English
