- Develop an overall non promotion strategy and action plans to build up and meet KPI of user growth & retention, transactions & volume for assigned Merchant Cluster (Retail & FnB Merchants)
- Supervise the always-on process of planning & execution of promotional campaigns, engagement activities (gamification/loyalty/activation…), and other necessary measures to increase new user acquisition & retention; push transactions/volumes & increase ZaloPay brand awareness at Merchants’ sides
- Maintain close relationships and lead the collaboration with merchants/partners to develop co-promotion campaigns, co-branding activities & other win-win product & biz solutions
- Deep dive into data and conduct necessary research & analysis to understand the market – competitor–merchant trends, user behaviors, and user insight
- Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness
- Keep a watchful eye on Product-related aspects (eg: Invisibility, UI/UX, Bugs…); Join the Product Team in giving suggestions on UI/UX improvements and new promotion features to enhance user experience
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree from a reputable University, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Finance in the Retail/FnB industry (strong plus).
- Business skillsets required: Market Research, Data Analytics & Insight Driving, Strategy & Planning, Financial Budget Management, Branding and Communication, Creativity/Ingenuity.
- Soft skills: Logical Thinking, Communication, Presentation, Problem-Solving, Project Management, and Relationship Building; Excellent People Skills to work well with different stakeholders & team members of various levels.
- Good attitudes – Personality: Decisiveness, Proactivity, Supportiveness, hard work and Eagerness to learn
