Supervisor, Security Coordinator

Execute tasks in accordance to the direction set by central security

Plan to PM security system, coordinate with relation function in order to maintenance, resolve and install security system.

Respond to emergency situations according to procedure (i.e., fire, strike & protest, theft, threats)

Security incident investigation and provide the results to relations

Develop and update the security procedures, policy, and security plans for implementation on the site.

Review and implement security procedure, rule & regulations

Provide security budget and summary security expense

Manage the security guard operations & performance to ensure compliance with SLAs

Support HR (Employee Relations) on fraud / security breach case investigation

Conduct security trainings for employees and contractors; lead security awareness and prevention programs at production site

Provide monthly report(guard KPIs, incidents report and other security report related to security trends)

Provide feedback to central security

Implement, monitor and control PPT’s security systems (i.e., video surveillance, alarm system, access control)

Manage security monitoring outsources on the operation in monitoring room.

Coordinate with Security System & Contract specialist on selection and implementation of security systems; repair / fix security-related systems failures and coordinate with procurement and supplier for difficult failures

Report incidents to Senior Manager of Security and relations team

Emergency response and command such as fire, intruder, strike & protest, theft, threat etc. including unusual situations.

Support fraud / security breach case investigations in conjunction with HR (employee relations) and local security coordinator; provide evidence using security systems Provide monthly report, incidents report, unusual case related to the system fail, security recommendations whether related to security, safety or disciplinary cases.

Yêu cầu công việc:

At least 3-5 years of security management system.

Security contract management

Knowledge on the security system, tools and equipment

Security business process knowledge

Human resource management

Leadership, negotiation, teamwork, facilitation, evaluation and communication

Physical security management in manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years or relevant experiences.

Experience in security case investigation or coordination with government officer is preferable

Good Leadership, negotiation, teamwork, facilitation, evaluation and communication skills.

Incident management & emergency response is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific related software application
