MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Administration:
- Undertaking all administrative functions in the Human Resources Department as per ACCOR standard and procedure.
- Administering, controlling and updating all department files and records.
- Providing personnel information and administrative procedures as requested.
- Executing personnel information management system.
- Preparing Job Description, Flash Opportunity according to Human Resources Manager’s assignment.
- Following up recruiting’s procedure.
- Posting vacancies on recruitment pages.
- Developing recruitment pages efficiently and effectively.
- Managing casual worker and call them when in urgent cases, high occupancy. Moreover, calculating monthly salary for casual.
- Managing and designing Notice Board.
- Making plan and coordinating in organizing some events like Charity Activities, Bazar, International Children’s Day, Autumn Festival, Year End Party…
- Coordinating with Human Resources Manager to create entertainment activities and incentive program for staff.
- Controlling Staff Locker.
- Establishing and maintaining individual training attendance record of all hotel staff.
- Preparing participants list for training or seminar as advised by Human Resources Director.
- Preparing training or seminar room according to the training or seminar set up order.
- Monitoring attendance of training sessions.
- Undertaking any assignment that may be given by Human Resources Director from time to time.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 1 year of experience working on the same position
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
