To lead tax deployment activities for VN in collaboration with function leads and experts in NOCC KL, countries or above countries. To coordinate in NOCC KL with process experts and business champions in own functional area.
The role reports to VN FRA Head.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Lead the deployment of Tax LDC Releases business processes in a standardized and scalable manner.
- Collaborate with functional team members to understand and execute the agreed scope of tax.
- Work with Tax Regional Adopt Lead to ensure seamless interaction of expertise areas and activities above country.
- Adhere to the Tax LDC template and the confirmed LSTRs in the Deployment process area.
- Identify, assess, mitigate and escalate Tax risks of business implementations with the Business or Function Process Leads, and monitor any locally triggered projects.
- Engage with internal stakeholders on Tax functional and deployment deliverables.
- Perform user acceptance testing to enable local organization endorsement and ensure positive "Go" decision.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between Functional and Business experts (e.g. country, NOCC, HUB, etc.) to achieve sustainable Tax process solutions.
- Monitor the progress and quality of the Final Tax Adopt activities in VN and provide timely feedback to LDC Regional Tax Adopt Team.
- Ensure that Tax risks and issues are properly identified, assessed, mitigated and escalated as needed.
