Technical Lead - AI/ML/NLP

Mô tả công việc:

• Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with AladinTech’s digital and product strategy
• 
  Lead R&D and product teams in the design, training, and deployment of machine learning, NLP, and GenAI models
• 
  Build scalable, maintainable AI/ML pipelines (MLOps) and inference systems
• 
  Integrate AI into internal tools (LMS, DevOps, HR tools) and customer-facing products
• 
  Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify AI opportunities
• 
  Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, DeepSeek) for Aladin use cases
• 
  Ensure ethical AI usage, data governance, and performance monitoring
• 
  Represent the AI function in external presentations, VC/partner meetings
• 
  Coach and mentor the AI/ML team (2–10 members depending on growth)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you build MVPs fast, test, and scale what works
• 
  Strategic thinking: can balance research vs business value
• 
  Cross-functional collaboration: good at working with product, business, and dev teams
• 
  Curious and updated: tracks open-source AI, foundation models, GenAI trends

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 
  3+ years experience in AI/ML/NLP, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
• 
  Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain
• 
  Hands-on with vector databases, model serving, prompt engineering, and LLM integration
• 
  Experience deploying AI in production environments (MLOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes)
• 
  Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and backend infrastructure
• 
  Ability to communicate complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders
• 
  Bonus: familiarity with Vietnamese language processing (Tieng Viet NLP), RAG systems
