About the Role
Sunbytes is looking for a full-time Technical Service Manager to lead client-facing service delivery and act as the bridge between technical execution, operational management, and client partnership. You will manage and develop service offerings, ensure all technical activities align with client and business goals, and translate business needs into actionable technical plans that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value.

Lead and develop cross-functional teams, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and provide coaching, feedback, and career development

Oversee the delivery of software projects and dedicated teams, including project planning, pre-sales consultations, technical approval, and proactive risk mitigation

Serve as the main client contact, translating business needs into actionable technical plans and ensuring cultural and professional alignment

Co-develop and implement departmental strategies and budgets, in collaboration with CTO and Finance, to meet profitability and resource utilization targets

Continuously improve delivery processes and organizational structures to drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and third-party providers
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Director
Requirements
Technical skills:
-
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams of 10+ people (preferably up to 40 members across multiple functions)

Hands-on experience in software architecture and modern development practices

Solid experience delivering projects for European and/or US clients

Ability to translate business requirements and client needs into actionable technical strategies
- Familiarity with pre-sales or technical solution consulting is a plus
