POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role focuses on developing and executing strategic plans across both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring close coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. This includes working daily with teams across sales, marketing, trade marketing, clients, consumers, and event partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee client projects involving trade marketing and events.

Collaborate with Digital Managers to design and execute integrated
communication and marketing strategies. - Plan and manage B2B events, particularly within the food and wine industries.

Execute trade promotion initiatives across multiple sales channels
(distributors, retail, e-commerce, etc.). -
Develop and implement brand activation campaigns through in-store
displays, OOH media, sampling, gift-with-purchase, and more. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingimporters, distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, trade associations, government agencies, and embassies.

Identify and reach out to potential partners to explore collaboration
opportunities. -
Conduct market and competitor research and stay informed on
marketing trends. -
Organize events ranging from small (10 attendees) to large-scale (up to
200 participants), both indoors and outdoors. -
Monitor project budgets, cost effectiveness, and return on investment
(ROI). -
Provide regular tracking and performance evaluation of all activities and
channels on a weekly and monthly basis.
REQUIREMENTS:

Vietnamese nationality.

At least 5 years of experience in trade and event marketing, ideally in
retail, creative agencies, or food and wine import businesses. -
Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B market dynamics, with deep
consumer and customer insights. -
Up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, particularly in trade
activities. -
Proven experience in managing marketing and event campaigns from
planning to execution, including budgeting and KPI tracking. - A strong passion for brand building and storytelling, with solid trade marketing skills.

Familiarity with various marketing tools and channels.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).

Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proactive and self-driven, especially comfortable in a startup
environment.
