As a HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, hiring and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role demands a good understanding of the recruitment strategies, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs for Vietnam Market and understanding of the Job Descriptions and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
- Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms;
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation;
- Monitor Human Resource Information data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;
- Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company policies;
- Involve in addressing implementations: hr and admin concerning compliances, documentations, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Preferably with experience recruiting for non-tech like digital marketing, social media, customer service, sales and tech positions for igaming, Fintech or Crypto related industry
- Language required: English, Viet (Chinese is a plus)
