We're on a mission to make learning and personal growth accessible through audio—for individuals and organizations alike. Now we’re expanding our B2B offering and looking for a B2B Growth Executive to help us bring audio learning to every workplace in Vietnam.


What You’ll Do


Drive B2B Growth: Actively seek out new corporate clients, partners, and channels to grow Fonos' B2B footprint.

Own the Sales Cycle: Manage leads from prospecting to closing. You’ll be preparing pitches, running meetings, negotiating deals—and sealing them.

Build Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver great solutions and client experiences.

Do Smart Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn, industry events, cold emails, referrals—whatever it takes—to open doors.

Track & Optimize: Keep your pipeline updated, report progress regularly, and help us refine our playbook.

Represent the Brand: Join events, webinars, and conferences to showcase Fonos and generate new leads.

Yêu cầu công việc:

We’re Looking For


2+ years of experience in sales or business development—preferably in tech, startups, or edtech.

Proven track record hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-starter mindset—you’re resourceful, organized, and proactive.

Strong communication in both Vietnamese and English.

Bonus: Experience selling to HR, L&D, or leadership teams.
