We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in Ho Chi Minh City. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strong relationships with business clients for our algae-based supplements. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales who is eager to make a significant impact in the fast-growing health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential business clients to sell algae products.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and set quarterly and annual goals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and handling contract negotiations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team. Provide coaching to drive team performance and create a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee sales operations, track key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Establish and manage strategic sales relationships with distribution partners to drive product reach and revenue growth.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese, with the ability to build rapport with high-level clients.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Prefer:
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with algae-based or nutritional supplements and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
