About the Role
We’re building a new global managed services team focused on two integrated compliance products: AccuDelta, a powerful data validation and extraction tool, and Maia, a document generation platform for regulatory content like PRIPs, UCITS, and SFDRs.
As a Client Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients across regulatory data and document production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client data, ensuring quality and compliance using internal tools
- Handle inquiries via Zendesk ticketing system with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members across Ireland, Spain, Tunisia, Paris, and Vietnam
- Perform daily/monthly operational tasks to meet service level standards
- Occasionally join client calls to discuss ticket updates or review data workflows

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and readiness to learn new tools like AccuDelta and Maia
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (email + occasional phone)
- Experience in client support or operations within a compliance or tech-related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines
Language Requirements
- English: Required - Excellent written skills
