Description As a Country Sales Lead, your main responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the insurance industry. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. * Identifying new business opportunities and market trends in Bangkok and beyond. * Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. * Managing the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and contract finalizations. * Monitoring competitor activities and providing market insights to the leadership team. * Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts. * Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
