MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in using documents, brand information to promote products and conduct sales effectively to consumers. Sử dụng thành thạo các tài liệu, thông tin nhãn hàng nhằm giới thiệu sản phẩm và bán hàng hiệu quả tới người tiêu dùng.
• Support stores and sales team in executing activation programs at each point of sale following company’s program. Hỗ trợ cửa hàng và đội ngũ bán hàng trong việc thực hiện tốt các chương trình hoạt náo tại điểm bán theo đúng chương trình của công ty.
• Have the ability to understand and make good use of information and data of each point of sale, customers, stores and competitors to contribute ideas in planning and executing programs in the market. Có khả năng hiểu và sử dụng tốt các thông tin, dữ liệu đặc trưng về điểm bán, người tiêu dùng, cửa hàng và đối thủ nhằm đóng góp ý kiến trong quá trình xây dựng chương trình cũng như thực thi trên thị trường.
• Manage data related to product inventory and merchandise/promotion at points of sale to report information and support customers and sales team to plan for importing products and promotion plan following company strategy and KPIs. Quản lý tốt thông tin dữ liệu tồn kho sản phẩm và quà tặng tại điểm bán nhằm cung cấp thông tin báo cáo và hỗ trợ khách hàng và đội ngũ bán hàng lên kế hoạch nhập hàng và các chương trình quảng bá theo đúng chiến lược và chỉ tiêu của công ty.
• Adhere to the working schedule to ensure visits to stores in the area in-charged weekly, provide good products to customers as well as solving arising problems through communicating and listening to customers’ needs. Tuân thủ lịch làm việc nhằm đảm bảo thăm viếng các cửa hàng trong khu vực phụ trách trong tuần, cung cấp sản phẩm tốt tới người tiêu dùng cũng như giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh thông qua việc trao đổi và lắng nghe nhu cầu/ thắc mắc của người tiêu dùng.
• Execute daily checking to efficiently manage sales execution and activation programs of PG teams at point of sales in region in charge to reach the KPIs. Thường xuyên kiểm tra các hoạt động hằng ngày nhằm quản lý tốt việc thực thi bán hàng và hoạt náo chương trình quảng bá của đội ngũ nhân viên PG tại điểm bán trong khu vực quản lý giúp đạt được chỉ tiêu bán hàng.
• Regularly conduct coaching dialogues with each employee, provide real-time personal development feedback, and train employees during fieldwork to help them understand and apply SWOT at each point of sales to achieve effective sales plan. Thực hiện các cuộc đối thoại huấn luyện thường xuyên cho từng nhân viên, cung cấp phản hồi về tình hình phát triển theo thời gian thực và huấn luyện nhân viên trên thực địa giúp nhân viên hiểu rõ, vận dụng SWOT tại từng điểm bán nhằm đạt được kế hoạch bán hàng hiệu quả.
• Coordinate with distributors to well manage merchandises/promotions in terms of quantity and use purposes in accordance with the company's programs and guidelines. Phối hợp với nhà phân phối nhằm quản lý tốt các hạng mục quà về số lượng và mục đích sử dụng theo đúng chương trình và hướng dẫn của công ty.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• College or Bachelor Degree/Tối thiểu bằng Cao Đẳng
• Related experience in Marketing (preferably in Milk industry/FMCG business).Có kinh nghiệm liên quan trong lĩnh vực Marketing (ưu tiên trong ngành Sữa và Hàng tiêu dùng nhanh)
• At least 2-year experience at Sales/PG Supervisor level. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí giám sát nhóm tư vấn tiếp thị/bán hàng
• Good record for previous company. Có thành tích tốt tại công ty cũ
• Detail-oriented/ Cẩn thận và chi tiết
• Responsibility/ Có trách nhiệm
• Excellence in execution/ Thực thi xuất sắc tại điểm bán
