This Position reports to:
ELDS Sales & Solutions Leader, APACELDS Sales & Solution Leader in Vietnam
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies in Vietnam for ELDS division. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
- Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
- Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You have related qualification to the role and prefer electrical qualification.
- You are deeply engaged in the MV Electrification Product market, demonstrating strong expertise and genuine enthusiasm for working in this domain.
- You possess advanced skills and have over 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven ability to showcase your leadership and strategic capabilities.
- You are passionate about leading teams and fostering a culture of innovation and growth, consistently demonstrating a forward-thinking mindset.
- You communicate confidently in both English and the local language, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse teams.
