You’ll launch performance-driven email campaigns, work directly in English with international teams, and gain real-world experience helping U.S. brands grow online.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and launch email campaigns that engage and convert customers in the U.S. market
- Set up and optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation flows in platforms like Klaviyo
- Use A/B testing, analytics, and reports to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
- Write and adapt high-quality email copy in English, tailored to each customer journey
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams in Vietnam and abroad to bring campaigns to life
What You Bring
- Experience managing email campaigns for digital products, eCommerce, or international markets
- Hands-on skills with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Iterable
- A balance of data-driven thinking and creative writing to drive real results
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)—IELTS 6.5 or equivalent or higher
- A commitment to detail, performance, and growing your skills every month
