- Lead the complete setup of all facility systems until the plant renovation is completed.
- Build and lead a technically capable team focused on continuous improvement and self-delivery of services.
- Oversee overall Facility, equipment, and EHS standards for the entire plant.
- Manage maintenance of the building and its facilities infrastructure.
- Operate and monitor technical systems, including electricity, water, air conditioning, fire protection (fire alarm & firefighting), CCTV, generators, wastewater treatment systems, etc., ensuring all systems run smoothly, stably, in compliance with procedures and standards, safely and efficiently.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain documentation and data sheets related to hazardous materials, safety inspections, and EHS procedures.
- Develop and control facility budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and variance mitigation.
- Prepare reports and proposals for process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- College Degree above with major in Facility Management, Construction Management, MEP Engineering, Electrical or related.
- Over 05 years's experience working within Facilities. Prior experience in facility setup or cleanroom operations is a strong advantage.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings, machine blueprints, and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, good command of English (written and spoken).
