(Mức lương: 80 - 100 triệu VNĐ)Reports to Senior Costing Manager; leads multiple brands and the Brand Costing team. Collaborates with supply chain, factories, and suppliers to negotiate costs, deliver seasonal pricing, and improve costing processes. Oversees cost analysis, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops team performance to achieve margin targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Textile Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in footwear costing/manufacturing, including 3+ years in people management.
Skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Strong cost negotiation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of product construction and manufacturing methods.
Proficient in IT systems, especially advanced Excel.
Results-driven, adaptable, and high integrity.
Preferred
Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
Good manual dexterity.
