Job Purpose:
- Check and processes daily transactions as allocated by Team Leader, GTS within service standards following strictly Group’s policy, procedures and local regulations.
- Actively collaborate with Client Services/Team Leader to raise/work on issues/hiccups impacting on daily process.
- Proactively builds up good relationship with internal stakeholders and customers through daily communication.
- Expands knowledge by attending online courses, training courses, cross learning etc. provided by the Bank.
- Actively work with related stakeholders to provide solutions to address customers' issues and/or accommodate business demand
- Actively engage on streamlining process activities.
Qualifications
Certifications, Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3-4 year experience in banking - trade product
- Communication in English
- Meticulous and careful
- Thoroughly understand international practices: UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG, etc., candidate holding international certificate CITF/CDCS/CSDG would be an advantage
