- Execute IT setup for new stores, including POS system, Wi-Fi, cameras, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Provide online and onsite IT support for store operations within assigned areas.
- Handle support tickets in the system, ensuring resolution within SLA standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware devices (e.g., cameras, POS, printers, network equipment).
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment as per plan.
- Prepare reports on incidents, resolutions, and overall equipment condition for management review.
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off- site repair as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Education:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 1+ year’s equivalent work experience.
- CCNA certification preferred.
Experience:
- 01+ year of experience in IT support/helpdesk; experience in a retail chain/store environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS systems, networking, and IT hardware (printers, routers, cameras, etc.) is preferred.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and Training guides.
- Ability to research into hardware products and I.T issues as required.

- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and store staff.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
