Role Purpose
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing essential support to the client’s IT department in the healthcare sector. The role will focus on improving IT processes, managing IT assets, and ensuring alignment with international standards. This specialist will provide hands-on technical support, contribute to process improvements, and reinforce the client’s IT operations to meet both day-to-day and long-term objectives.
Main Objectives
Within 3 months: Perform hands-on IT tasks under Cycle’s management to help bring the client’s IT department up to international standards and establish collaboration with the existing team.
Within 6 months: Deliver improvements in IT asset management and reporting accuracy, and strengthen cybersecurity compliance.
Within 12 months: Ensure ITIL processes are in place to provide structured, reliable, and sustainable IT service management.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Support the client in maintaining a complete and accurate list of IT assets.
Assist with the administration and management of user accounts and Active Directory.
Support cybersecurity measures, including monitoring, remediation follow-up, and implementation of controls.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and technical records.
Provide general IT support to client teams when required.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or similar (preferred).
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration roles, focused on Windows Server environments.
Experience supporting IT operations in environments undergoing restructuring.
Technical Skills
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.
Active Directory administration.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
IT asset management systems (e.g., GLPI).
Fluency in Vietnamese; English language skills are an advantage.
Behavioral Competencies
