1. Daily operation of Import and Export

2. Manage customs declaration activities

3. Control the forwarders

4. Make the balance report, production norm

5. Contact with freight forwarder and carrier to arrange booking shipment or delivery of shipment

6. Ensure the delivery time of import and export shipment

7. Create the Import and export report

8. Coordinate with related department for document/ procedure relating to import, custom clearance, forwarder and duty tax exemption.

9. Other jobs upon request from Manager

• Quản lý hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu hàng ngày
• Quản lý việc mở tờ khai hải quan
• Quản lý các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ liên quan
• Tiến hành thanh khoản, đăng ký định mức hàng hóa
• Liên hệ với các hãng vận chuyển để lấy báo giá, sắp xếp vận chuyển hàng
• Đảm bảo tiến độ cho các lô hàng xuất và nhập
• Làm báo cáo xuất nhập khẩu
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan về các chứng từ, quy trình liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu, mở tờ khai, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, nộp thuế….

Các hoạt động khác theo sự chỉ thị của trưởng phòng.

1-5years experience in purchasing job or import-export field

1-5năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực mua bán hoặc xuất nhập khẩu

Excellent negotiation and communication skills
