- Identify and develop new customers for logistics services, including sea freight, air
freight, trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular engagement to
understand their needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Promote and negotiate logistics services, covering pricing, service details, sailing
schedules, and contract terms.
- Prepare and manage quotations for airfreight, sea freight, warehousing, and customs to
secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee and manage on-hand business, particularly across Vietnam, Asia, US, EU, UK,
Hong Kong, and China.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and
ensure seamless service execution.
- Work closely with the sales team to implement business strategies and achieve set
targets.
- Report to management and perform other assigned duties as required.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Strong network and well-established relationships with long-term, loyal customers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong willingness to take on challenges and drive business growth.
- Age: 27 – 37 years old.
