Key Activities:- Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily works.
- Digital Product Strategy & Development: identify market needs & trends so to define value proposition and positioning for digital tools, collaborate with global/regional team to localize and adapt digital solutions for VN market.
- Go-to-Market Planning: develop and execute launch plan for new digital tools and platform, as well as create Sales enabler materials & training content to support internal adoption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of digital solutions. Also act as the voice of customers in product design discussions to ensure user friendliness.
- User Insight & Market Intelligence: Conduct customer research, surveys, and feedback loops to gather insights on digital usage and expectations, includes benchmark local and regional competitors’ digital offerings.
- Digital Marketing & Communication: Coordinate online campaigns to drive adoption and engagement with digital platforms. Oversee content creation and customer journey mapping across digital touchpoints.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track digital KPIs such as app usage, conversion rates, engagement, and retention. Develop dashboards to track digital initiative ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Change Management & Training: Lead internal training sessions and workshops to build digital capabilities within sales and marketing teams.
- Project & Vendor Management: Manage digital projects with clear milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with third-party vendors or agencies on digital execution, UX/UI design, or platform development. Ensure project budgets and timelines are respected.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in:
- Product marketing, digital marketing, or digital product management.
- B2B and/or B2C marketing within the energy, FMCG, automotive, or tech sectors.
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital products (e.g., mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems).
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and driving internal/external adoption of digital tools.
- Budget and vendor management capabilities.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
- Ability to influence stakeholders across business units.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach.
- Change management and team leadership skills are highly valued.
- Ability to speak fluently both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
