Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lubricant additives, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
- Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and contract negotiations.
- Support the team with technical issues and design predicted formulations to meet customer specifications.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, including market intelligence and insights into sales pipeline activity.
- Conduct other tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lubricant or related field. Candidates with experience in industrial oil will have an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of lubricant additives or finished oil, application and technical specifications.
- Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills
- Effective working in both independent and teamwork
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Required language(s): Strong oral, written and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
