  • Develop and execute business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the Northern region.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional B2B sales team to consistently meet KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Grow the customer portfolio by targeting key segments such as HORECA, Catering, Industrial Kitchens, and Factories.
  • Oversee sales performance, monitor receivables, and manage ordering cycles.
  • Recommend region-specific pricing and promotional strategies to optimize market opportunities and maximize revenue.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Over 4 years of B2B experience in the food industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Deep understanding of the Northern distribution market; established connections within the F&B or Fresh Produce sectors are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and solid business insight.
  • Proven expertise in managing customer relationships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, strategic planning, and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
