(Mức lương: Đến 23 triệu VNĐ)- Develop and execute business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the Northern region.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the regional B2B sales team to consistently meet KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Grow the customer portfolio by targeting key segments such as HORECA, Catering, Industrial Kitchens, and Factories.
- Oversee sales performance, monitor receivables, and manage ordering cycles.
- Recommend region-specific pricing and promotional strategies to optimize market opportunities and maximize revenue.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Over 4 years of B2B experience in the food industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Deep understanding of the Northern distribution market; established connections within the F&B or Fresh Produce sectors are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and solid business insight.
- Proven expertise in managing customer relationships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, strategic planning, and delivering presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
