Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead the lifecycle of Salesforce CRM projects from planning to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on best practices for Salesforce platform adoption, configuration, and optimization.
  • Work closely with technical teams (Salesforce developers, architects, admins) to ensure solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or other delivery methodologies depending on project context.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure proper change management and user training strategies are in place.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
  • From 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for Salesforce system, including experience with Financial Services Cloud or CRM solutions in the insurance or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and ecosystem.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom objects/workflows.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant-level certifications) are preferred.
  • Good command of English to communicate with regional stakeholders.
