As part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring campaigns, supporting clients from various industries. A Senior Ad Operations Specialist will ensure the success of ongoing campaigns through optimization and identify potential risks.
What You Will Do
- Act as liaison with media, creative agencies and publisher sites regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns
- Serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units
- Screen incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements
- Work with third party partners in the Display Network industry such as DSP platforms, DMP, …
- Coordinate the scheduling, implementation and rotation of ads, within online advertising campaigns.
- Execute creation of HTML tags for Site Partners using DCM, Sizmek, Medialets
- Advise & consult with Media teams and Clients regarding advertising technologies, tracking and campaign performance
- Execute, optimize, manage and monitor campaign performance and profit.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (communications, marketing, advertising, or media preferred)
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in digital media positions, and 1 year in the same position.
- Experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn for clients and perform complicated campaign analysis
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Good business sense and the ability to manage budget
- Strong understanding of all media types, with a strong focus on digital
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers.
- Researching, critical & logical thinking, teamwork
- Good at verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics 4, GTM) would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good command in English
- Open mind-set to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations
