Senior/Leader IT Recruiter

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

• Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks

• Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract high-quality candidates

• Assess candidate information and recruitment process using Applicant Tracking System

• Plan and coordinate interview and selection processes, including conducting screening calls, administering assessments, scheduling interviews, liaising with headhunters and candidates, and providing timely feedback

• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

• Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department

• Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand

• Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements

• Do other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, specializing in IT recruitment

• Good at English (4 skills)

• Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Golang, Swift, Kotlin, QA/QC, Bridging Engineer roles) to evaluate candidates effectively

• Proficiency in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms)

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or equivalent recruitment tools

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis.
