(Mức lương: 30 - 50 triệu VNĐ)- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract high-quality candidates
- Assess candidate information and recruitment process using Applicant Tracking System
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection processes, including conducting screening calls, administering assessments, scheduling interviews, liaising with headhunters and candidates, and providing timely feedback
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand
- Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements
- Do other tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, specializing in IT recruitment
- Good at English (4 skills)
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Golang, Swift, Kotlin, QA/QC, Bridging Engineer roles) to evaluate candidates effectively
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or equivalent recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis.
