The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the execution of Shopee logistics strategy and network.
- Analyze, evaluate and validate initiatives aimed at improving leadtime, reducing costs, and enhancing the seller and buyer experience.
- Transfer validated initiatives to the project management officer and oversee implementation outcomes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- From 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Network Design experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
- Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement/ management.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Critical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive individual with a strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
