1. Lead Generation to Proposal and Closing
- Independently identify and develop high-potential sales leads, and design solution proposals tailored to client goals and challenges
- Collaborate with Account and Planning teams to build strategic and executable proposals
- Take full ownership of client presentations, negotiations, and closing, with accountability for results
2. Achieving Sales Targets and Driving Business Growth
- Take clear ownership of revenue goals and contribute to topline growth through personal performance
- Manage both new and existing sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential
3. Sales Strategy Design and Improvement
- Propose and refine sales strategies based on market trends and competitive research
- Capture and share internal sales knowledge to improve overall team performance
4. Contract Negotiation and Project Oversight
- Handle commercial negotiations and finalize sustainable, profitable contracts
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Manage sales pipeline and revenue reporting to support decision-making
5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Enablement
- Work closely with Marketing, Account, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Promote internal collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and deliver successful outcomes
6. Service Development Based on Client Needs
- Identify latent needs and industry trends through direct conversations and proposal activities
- Lead the planning and development of new products, services, or packages in collaboration with internal teams
- Continuously evolve the value of our service offerings to strengthen competitiveness

- A proven track record of proactively generating leads and delivering revenue results
- Strong numerical literacy and accountability for achieving sales KPIs and goals
Good to have
- Experience in or deep understanding of the Vietnam / ASEAN market, including cultural and business practices
- Leadership in creating sales proposals or developing sales strategies
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment
- Interest in developing services based on customer needs and market trends
