Summary of the role
- We are seeking an oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant who supports the end-to-end trading operations - from procurement to logistics - ensuring smooth coordination between sales, suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
- This role plays a key part in maintaining delivery timelines, documentation accuracy, and cost control.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Trading task
- Assist in managing purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs).
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with real-time logistics and inventory data.
- Handle import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
- Support customs clearance processes by liaising with customs brokers and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, lead times, and delays.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse) to ensure alignment.
- Maintain vendor databases and assist in supplier evaluations.
- Any requirement from HoD.
Updates to the related department
- Notify if any delays during the delivery process.
- Verify, monitor, and inform the related departments of import tax/ export tax rates and policies.
- Explain any additional costs to accounting.
- Inform and support for delivery to customer.
Collect data and submit Payment request to accounting team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, customs, Import-Export or relevant majors
- 0 - 1 years of experience or fresh in Customs clearance, Logistics, or Import-Export
- 0 - 1 years of experience or fresh within Procurement process
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience with ERPS / Fourth Shift / SAP (preferred)
- Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative.
- Organized and structured with a good attention to detail.
- Possesses transferable skills.
- Teamwork skill
Competencies
- Strong understanding of international trade and Incoterms.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and Excel.
- Good knowledge of freight logistics, especially sea and air cargo.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and high volumes.
- Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in planning and communication skills.
Key Interfaces and Stakeholders
Interface with Internal parties: Supply Chain, Managers, Production, Engineering and work colleagues
Geography to cover and Travel requirements
Vietnam. No or very limited travel requirements
