Technical Consultant Engineer

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility.

• Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
• Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.

2. Complaint solving.

• Support customer in complaint solving or when required by TC Superintendent (line manager)
• Job priority settlement (complaint solving/ support customer).

3. Technical Consulting to customers.

• Work closely with Sales to define customers needs before offering the solutions.
• Provide technical consulting on how to use Insee solutions efficiently.
• Work closely & engagement with construction company, contractor
• Coordinate the trial mix activities
• Developing product maketing tool

4. Improve customer loyalty.

• Make relationship with distributor system
• Promote Insee cement solutions as the solutions for different technical requirements of customer.
• Approach projects, in collaboration with Retail Sale/Project Sale/DryMix Sale

5. Internal connection and teamwork.

• Making good internal network with orther department
• Work closely with Maketing team, Manufacturing team, Customer Care team
• The ability to raise with good ideas and implement plans when teamwork
• Willing to support the companys project

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University (Construction or Material degree)
• Good hands-on knowledge of cement, concrete and motar
• Presentation, interpersonal and communication (both verbal and body language) skills.
• Business exposure preferred.
• MS Office
• English level: Intermediate

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years work experience in civil construction.
