- Design and develop functional training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and job roles.
- Training Needs Assessment by collaborating with department leaders to identify training needs.
- Training Delivery by coordinating with external training providers and consultants as needed.
- Employee Development Process and System Design and develop a process and system for employee development, such as competency development, learning management
- Operational Skill Development by assisting in identifying and addressing employee development needs through training.

2/ Qualification:
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Training Operation or related field (Chemical/Petrochemical engineering).
Working experience:Minimum 06 years in the field or related. ( Training in Operation & Maintenance in Manufacturing- Oil & Gas, Chemical & Heavy Manufacturing )
Skills:
Proficiency in using computer programs, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and English (basic communication).
