Position: Supply Chain Management Specialist - Foods

- Working location: HCM Office (until Aug) & Duc Hoa, Long An Factory (from Sep 2025)
- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Processing daily POs and coordinating with vendor to schedule efficiently shipment dispatches.
- Manage inventories of goods and materials, including stock levels, shelf-life and controlling warehousing cost.
- Monitor sales forecasts, plan packaging requirements, place orders and ensure sufficient packaging stock.
- Optimize delivery routes and control logistics costs to improve efficiency.
- Track inbound shipments and manage import-related expenses.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within FMCG companies or Manufacturing.
・Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers. Have reporting skills and ability to manage unexpected issues effectively.
