Supply Chain Management Specialist

Working Place:
Until Aug/2025: District 1 - HCM
After Aug/2025: Duc Hoa - Long An (company bus provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing daily POs and coordinating with vendor to schedule efficiently shipment dispatches.
- Manage inventories of goods and materials, including stock levels, shelf-life and controlling warehousing cost.
- Monitor sales forecasts, plan packaging requirements, place orders and ensure sufficient packaging stock.
- Optimize delivery routes and control logistics costs to improve efficiency
- Track inbound shipments and manage import-related expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within FMCG companies or Manufacturing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers. Have reporting skills and ability to manage unexpected issues effectively
