The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Identify and define operational pain points in logistics and warehousing through data analysis, field observations, and deep dives into current workflows.
- Investigate root causes behind inefficiencies or compliance issues and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate identified problems into actionable plans.
- Co-develop initiatives such as SOP revisions, feature enhancements, and policy adjustments.
- Drive the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on implemented changes by tracking KPIs, collecting feedback, and adjusting strategies to ensure sustainable impact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, project management, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and drive alignment across departments without formal authority.
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience handling multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and a bias for action.
